Heritage Flooring

Installers did an EXCELLENT job. Very efficient & friendly. Long wait for the carpet & vinyl to arrive. Received the wrong color of carpet & nothing was done about it. I will be painting my kitchen cabinets because they gave me a brown color of carpet that clashes with the oak colored cabinets that I have now. Please make sure that the salesman checks the products and calls you to inspect & make sure it is what you ordered BEFORE installation. Someone REALLY DROPPED THE BALL HERE!! I know who it was, but I'm not going to comment about it, other than that salesman just said "WELL, IT'S NO BIG DEAL IS IT?" IT IS DEFINITELY A BIG DEAL WHEN YOU CHANGE A WOMANS COLOR SCHEME!!! The next time I remodel a home I WILL purchase elsewhere. I sure do miss Carl Osborne 😢 he did multiple jobs for me. H

Heritage flooring removed carpet, tile and older laminate flooring from about 80% of my house (around 1600 square feet) and replaced with a much higher quality vinyl plank flooring. Their installers (Bill and Johnny) were fantastic. I’ve had good and bad experiences with contractors in the past, and these guys were the absolute best I have ever seen. They were extremely professional, friendly, and really just did an excellent job. Even in some areas of my home that were a bit tricky or awkward to get flooring to lay down properly, everything they installed looks perfect. They went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right. I highly recommend Heritage for any flooring needs.

I was originally disappointed with Heritage floors because I could not get a call back after numerous messages. Yesterday i visited with the salesman in person and discovered that his voice mail was not working. He never got any messages. They had tried to call me twice, but they had the wrong number. They were very helpful with my problem and concerns. I would recommend Heritage Floors for our flooring needs.

They totally turned my ugly, uneven, marked floor into something of beauty! I would definitely use them again, and recommend them to anyone! Superior job!
