Today is the third time our system has been serviced by this company. Each time has been an unexpected issue. They are always courteous, professional, and come out so fast it's unbelievable! The rates are extremely affordable. They do great work, and don't try to take advantage of people. We give them 10/10, and recommend to anyone!

They came out and found the leak that others could not! Fixes and gone in a couple hours and got us cooling again when the temps were 100+. They are and have been my go to for years.

They did a new installation in 2017. We have not had one bit of trouble with their work. We also have them service my wife's office we needed. They have always been their when they say and conduct quality work. Highly recommend Master's Heating & Cooling!

Called late on a Friday afternoon. Technician arrived within an hour and had the AC repaired promptly. He was professional and we very much appreciated him getting us up and going on a hot summer day!

Something went crazy with my thermostat on the evening of July 4th, we had no air at all over night. I called 732am on the 5th, even though they weren't open in hopes to leave a message. I was bless that someone answered and managed to be at my home by 9am. Fixed my problem with thr thermostat, cleaned the AC unit, fixed something in my AC closet, and even went and checked things in the attic. All this with in 45 mins. My house is back to being cool and everyone is happy. On top of the service call I was surprised to see how affordable they were when I received my bill. I can't recommend them enough, from their customer service, the tech, the quality and quickness of the job. 10 out 10 recommend give Master's a call.
