When I went there was lots of parking and paying was pretty easy. It may have been $20 though.

The best way to enter this garage is off of Monroe or Van Buren. The entrance will be across from ASU. The ticket is sensor-activated, so you can just wave your hand and you'll get one. As I recall, pricing is reasonable - ~4 an hour; just know if you get done earlier than an hour, you still get charged for the hour. Also, note that on events, they do have event-day pricing- i.e. $30 a day for the event. What's nice about this garage is it's shaded and there's accessible parking spots. Also, it opens out righto the Heritage Square area which features the Arizona Science Center Museum. That side entrance connects right to the accessible pavement outside.
