Very dishonest business. I hired the owner to do gutters for me. We started talking and he said that he does small remodel jobs as well. I decided to hire him to fix up the deck and water proof the space under. BIG MISTAKE! 1 corner of the deck is sloped, cinder blocks under the deck were not staggered and he did not even bother to put cement between the last 2 layers of cinder block; and, on top of that all, he used house paint (instead of tar) to 'water proof' the storage space under the deck! Stay away from the guy as far as you can. You can see for yourself in attached pictures.

Contracted Heritage Home Improvements Inc with owner Jerry Caudill and team for a full re-installation of gutters and re-tile of bathroom on 3/29/2019 put down 50% deposit of $3,438.02 and after 10 re-schedules and another No-Show he has still not even started either jobs after almost a month. I originally checked Nextdoor before hire and seemed to only have good reviews until recently now many negative reviews are coming out. I have terminated him for breach of contract and have demanded immediate refund of deposit. If he does not respond, my only choice will be to file suit for deposit, HOA fees that will be assessed, loss of wages for time off waiting for him to show-up, court cost and attorneys retainer in small claims court. I will update with any response or next steps.

I am so glad I found Jerry Caudill with Heritage Improvement. He came highly recommended by my Nextdoor area. He replaced my gutters and added gutter guards, all for a very reasonable price. He stayed in touch and kept me informed of his schedule and the work he was doing as it took a few days. He is very knowledgeable, great personality and kind hearted. I highly recommend him. You won’t be disappointed!

DO NOT HIRE this man to do any work on your home. He is dishonest, does not know what he’s doing, and will take as much money as he can from you and never finish the job. My Husband and I hired Jerry to redo our front porch and our back deck. He promised this was something he did all the time and that he could have everything completed in 3-4 weeks. After 7 weeks of work, he had no where near the work promised completed, and wanted more money. We finally fired him, and had two certified contractors plus the county come and inspect his work, and NONE of it was up to code or completed correctly. We ended up having to pay to completely redo everything he had done. When we tried to meet up with him to get our money back he claimed his daughter was in the hospital with a very serious health

Unprofessional. Most days would show up at 11:30 and then leave for lunch at 12. Come back from lunch around 3 and then leave at 5. Never had the right tools or lumber needed for the days work so would constantly have to leave to go get them. Had to borrow MY tools such as my ladder, saw horses, and my sledge hammer. The original quote for the job was 4 weeks and after 7 weeks we had to fire him because the job wasnt anywhere close to being done. And the worst part is the work he did too we found out was not up to code and had to all be redone. DO NOT HIRE.
