Update February 2026: Tyler installed my bathroom ceiling light/vent within 3 hours. Once again, he was courteous, clean, professional, and eagerly willing to answer any questions I had. Within a couple of days, I noticed a knocking sound in my ceiling and was worried because I had not owned a vent like this before, so wasn’t sure if that was normal or not. I spoke with Christina, who has been professional and congenialeach time I’ve called, and as always -willing to immediately schedule someone to come out or return my call. Mike returned my call and we discussed my concerns. Even though this is normal for a vent that is so close to the external wall, he was perfectly willing to send a technician out to alleviate my concerns, which I no longer felt was necessary, as the vent is working ve

Exemplary service with alot of plumbing needs to complete. 2 beautiful power flush toilets, trim updates on tub and shower (2 bathrooms) and bathroom sink faucet updates. Sebastian from Heritage Home Service did an excellent job. He came out the same day I called to check my broken heater, even though it was a snowy day. He took the time to diagnose the issue and explain everything clearly. The next morning he returned with a coworker and all the parts needed to complete the repair. The work was done quickly, very cleanly, and professionally. They were neat, respectful of the space, and very organized. The price was within my expectations and the service quality was excellent.
