Customer service was exceptional. As a DIYer I expected to be brushed off because I’m not a professional and didn’t have a huge budget. But Jose A. really worked with me to get the materials I needed at the price I was comfy with. He provided multiple quotes, remembered me after several weeks when I pressed pause on my project and came back, and gave honest helpful advice on what materials would be a good fit for my project. I am only taking one star off because the palette of flagstone we received appeared to be damaged between picking it out on the lot and having it delivered. I suspect this was due to a cheap, single layer palette. While I’m not a landscape pro, I know enough to see when a flimsy palette was insufficient for the load it carried. This will seem like an odd review, giving a 5 star review for a company I didn't buy from, but that's alright, good things happened. I gave a call about some dirt I needed for Saturday and was told that it couldn't be delivered that morning but perhaps they could send it out that day. Turned out that I needed to run to Home Depot for some 2x12s to cover the sidewalk. She said call her back when I was ready. When I called back she said that she would have to check on the delivery and she wasn't sure if it could be made. So far, everything was good but I had to have an assured delivery as 6 workers were engaged to move dirt and the timing was critical. I went with another company, only because I had to have assurance that it would be delivered on time. I called to cancel the delivery. No h

Called today and was able to get my mulch delivered within the hour as their delivery guy had returned. Can I say Aaaaaamazing! Great prices and friendly service. I’ll definitely recommend and use them again.

This place is a rip off on landscaping prices has 5 different prices for same Material and they try to trick you even though they know you are a landscaper ! Save yourself a headache,
