Horrible company since Ron Leroy Tilley came on board as an operations manager. Heritage should have known he did a poor job managing a Home Depot.

This place is a joke! Changed management and the customer service is horrible. I guess they have never heard of the internet or price checking. Don’t walk in and expect to be treated fairly or as a customer. I will never buy another thing out of this store! Purchased a pressure washer there and they told me it only had a one year warranty after going to the manufacturers website the equipment had a two year warranty. On my second trip the charges were higher than retail pricing for sprinkler repair parts. I’m done! Stay Away!

I went to this place as a referral from Ewing Irrigation, due to them not having the size tubing I needed. Great guys who work here. They were very professional, respectful, and provided me what I needed to fix a cut dripper tube in my flower bed. Will do business with again!

I have to agree with others who said the employees are rude. I went in to buy and lawn mower and asked the first employee i saw if they sold lawn mowers (none were on display in there lobby) and he said "maybe." The guy at the parts counter asked me what I needed and I said "a Toro push mower." He said, "do you want the good news of bad news?" At this point I said "I'll go somewhere else." I did call back and talk to someone to express my displeasure with their lack of service. Any business that condones rude employees won't be open much longer. I had been a good customer for the past ten years. I ended up buying one from Home Deport rather than support our local economy, which I tried to do.

How can someone claim they have irrigation systems for commercial and residential applications when they refuse to work with you right at “hello”?. I have a large project in my ranch with 4 acres to be irrigated. I drove all the way to their location just to be greeted by “I don’t have time to work with you, sir”. I entered the store and explained what I was looking for and they refused my business right at hello. Incredible. Stay clear. You better off going to Home Depot, Lowe’s or northern tools. That’s why these “family owned” business are dying, unfortunately. They have no concept of customer service.
