We had Heritage North install a backup generator. They did an well thought out installation of the automatic transfer switch and conduit so that it is compact and unobtrusive. Their work shows good planning and attention to detail, and the team did a good job testing and explaining the operation of the system. Overall a positive experience.

Had issues with breakers; documented problem on their web site and made an appointment. Arrived early on day of appointment well prepared with replacement breakers. Installation was done in minutes.. No standing around trying to figure out what is wrong. Very efficient process. I Will not hesitate to call Heritage North Electric if any future electric issues and will recommend them to friends.

I cannot even believe their customer service! I had them out to do some work on a house I’m trying to sell and they did a great job… then I had to call them back to do one more thing and they did it that very same day all to help me try to get my house sold.
