I appreciated the quick response and that they were able to send someone out within a few hours to look at our heater. Technician Austin was very professional and kept me in the loop as he was doing the inspection. 12/3/25- Cy and Baelin came out today to install our new heater. They were very respectful and efficient. So nice to have heat again!!!

The office gal Bree was amazing! She got us same day service when our furnace stopped working and Cy the technician was actually earlier than expected. He was quick, thorough, and a cool human. We had heat within 30 minutes and it was very affordable. I could not be happier with this company!

Wow! Watt a great and speedy job Austin did. From the start he was professional & had killer red boots he wore so that my carpet stayed oh so fresh during his electrical visit. He got my water boiler working very quickly. Such a nice guy probably should have offered him a piece of the lasagna I just made.
