Heritage Oil

I'm a senior citizen and ran out of oil on a very cold, winter early Friday afternoon & when I called them for a delivery, I was told that they could not deliver any oil until Monday!! They advertised 24 hour service! I was extremely upset, and the owner was very unpleasant & nasty. She called my sister & told her to bring me a space heater, which did little to keep me warm in 20 degree weather! I was freezing, & suffered from Friday night through Saturday and Sunday curled up on the couch with my cat and several heavy blankets. On Monday I waited and waited for them to deliver the oil until noon. I finally called them & she said that they had cancelled my account because of my attitude & were not coming!! She told me to find another oil company.

Called in to see if they could do fueling for a construction project in the area. Lady immediately said "not interested" then hung the phone up on me. Could have at least told me thats not something they offer. Cant believe they just hang the phone up on people.

Excellent experience with Heritage Oil. We were thinking our oil gauge may be broke because we hadn’t seen it move in some time and the tank sounded very empty. Due to the holiday weekend, our regular oil delivery service was not going to be able to deliver until Wednesday and it was currently Saturday. With it starting to get cold we were concerned that we may run out of oil before Wednesday so I called Heritage to see if they could deliver to us asap. Even though we weren’t current customers they came out right away. Heritage Oil was at the house within the hour. Thank you Lisa for being so nice and understanding on the phone and thank you Antonio for being such a nice guy when delivering!! Such a great experience with super nice people!

The best oil company I’ve ever worked with! Far superior to all others on the island!

Highly recommend. It was our first time filling our oil tank and I called three separate companies. Two were answered by operators and I was supposed to get a call back, only one called back two days later. With Heritage, I spoke directly with them, called to confirm the following day they were coming, and they arrived by 9am. Not only was the service great, they were so kind and helpful. We will be using Heritage from now on.
