Heritage Oriental Rug Cleaning

They did an amazing job cleaning our handmade silk Persian rugs. We had a few that needed deep cleaning, and they came back looking brand new! Honestly, we were blown away. You can tell they handle everything with so much care and attention to detail. Farhad went above and beyond by delivering the rugs to our home and showing us the results, which we really appreciated. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. They also have a great selection of rugs and antiques, and the whole place is beautifully set up. We’re so happy with the experience and will definitely be coming back here for all our rug cleaning needs. Highly recommend!

Farhad of Heritage Oriental Rugs was quite helpful with accomplishing pick up, cleaning and return of two of our difficult to clean rugs. One of the rugs was a sisal with a large water stain. My general understanding was that natural fiber rugs had to be replaced, but they did a fantastic job of cleaning it. Great respect was made with moving furniture around and they were timely with the cleaning and fair with the pricing.

We had two rugs cleaned by Heritage oriental rugs. Mr. Kakhi is very kind, knowledgeable and professional. Since it was our first time cleaning our rugs we were hesitant, but Mr. Kakhi reassured us and did an excellent job. He picked up the rugs and dropped it off in a timely manner. Heritage Oriental Rugs and Antiques did an amazing job cleaning our area rugs. We had two large area rugs and a runner cleaned. Farhad came to our house to pick them all up and loaded them into the van. He had them for two weeks. He had originally told me 2 to 3 weeks but they were completely ready in exactly 2 weeks. He returned them to our house; brought them in and put them all in place. He even moved furniture even though we told him he didn’t have to. The rugs came out very clean and we feel like we have new rugs. We highly recommend this company. They have over 40 years experience and it shows!
