We did tons of market research and it became evident right away that Heritage came highly-regarded with a very strong reputation via word of mouth. We contacted multiple companies and it was oddly difficult or convoluted in many instances which was bizarre. Dealing with Heritage on the other hand was exactly what you hoped it would be like. Once we engaged, Al, Austin, Dave and honestly the entire team were fantastic to deal with every step of the way which meant a ton to us on such a significant purchase. I met the owner Al on the first meeting. After that, I don't think there was a day during the project that he wasn't there. In addition to that, the rest of the crew, especially Ron in the office, we're friendly and professional. The communication is excellent. We had many roadblocks with township/permit issues that their experience helped our family navigate to get this project complete. You will hear many nightmare stories about pool builders, it is a tough decision to pick someone to trust with such a big project. You will not have a bad experience with Heritage Pools. Not only they kept their promises on the pool construction time, but also treated me with respect, professionalism and diligence. Heritage Pools has a great and talented team that is always on top of every matter from permits, survey, digging, pool installation, concrete copying, pluming, electric, and training. It just made everything so much easier for us as the first time pool owner. Since the very first day I spoke with Al , my experience was excellent. Al told me everything as it is. We had a new fiberglass pool installed at our home including the equipment and perimeter hardscape. Having no experience with pools, we relied on Al the owner who provided expert guidance. Al and his family/team are wonderful people who were a pleasure to deal with. When unexpected issues arose Al was more than fair in pricing extra work. The products they supplied and the installation are high quality. We were sold when Al indicated he would be onsite. He and his team kept the disruption of the yard to a minimum and respected and took care of our property, making sure when they left each day the place looked clean, graded and organized.
