ServiceMaster was great. They came promptly to start my remediation process and they has 15 fans going for 16 days to make sure my wood framing was dry out.

This review is in reference to the service technician who serviced my household. He started out by being earlier than his scheduled time. As i answered the door, he greeted me in a professional manner. He was very neat and appropriately professional! I showed him the area that the work had to be done in and told him if he needed anything, to give me a hollar for anything he needed. I checked in him once, asked him if he was okay and needed anything. He said no, and that everything was okay. He let me know that he would be taking a short lunch break. After lunch, he resumed back to the work he was doing and he called me when he was almost done to let me know that he was about to finish his job. He asked me to inspect his work after he finished. After inspection, i was very satisfied with th
