Professional, friendly and thorough. This team recently performed a full renovation of our townhouse neighborhood where they worked tirelessly from sun to sun down everyday until the job was done. All of them were so friendly and nice. They even cleaned up after every single day they worked. Our roof had some heating cables that were removed so they could perform the work. I took pictures before as a reference in case we needed them. After all the work was done our needed to be put back up properly. I reached out to John, one of the Field Supervisors and asked what could be done. He promptly followed up and scheduled the work order immediately. Heritage Roofing updated our Chimney Caps last year at our complex. Unfortunately, I had a leak in mine which caused a basement ceiling leak. I have to say, they have been one of the best companies I have ever had to deal with in all the years I have lived here (29 yrs). They took full responsibility, covered every expense and paid me back immediately. Their accounting department is also VERY nice. Because they were so honest and wonderful to deal with, I will use them in the future and plan to tell others how great they were.

After this last snow. I noticed a leak on the inside of my brick wall, I have a townhouse. I called my HOA and they promptly sent out for a service call with Heritage Roofing. Within 2 hours of my initial call. Steven was at my door ready to take a look to inspect the leak. He found a ton of last falls leaves and other debris which had to be chipped off being that they were frozen. He found the possible source and said someone would be out next week but for now my wall should stay dry. I am unable to share costs since this is an HOA matter, but nonetheless, I am thankful. Heritage Home recently completed a roofing replacement at my neighborhoods condominum buildings. Bryan and his team came out to speak to the owners about the work they'd be performing. My initial impression was that they were honest folk, installing high quality product. The work was completed quickly especially given the size and scope of the neighborhood, and the finished product looked great. The trouble came when accessing my exterior garage unit.
