Dale and Tyler were great. They brought our new shutters over, took down our old drapes and blinds, and installed the new plantation shutters--they are beautiful in the house. Dale and Heritage were a great choice and we highly recommend them to everyone.

I am so happy and grateful for the opportunity to work with Heritage Shutters. The care and customer service provided for me was a wonderful experience. They were very helpful with picking out all the blinds and shutters and if something wasn't going to work, Michelle, wouldn't give up, we would just change directions. When the manufacturers had problems with completing my blinds, they provided me with temporary ones. Something unheard of to me. I love all the changes. This is a family owned business where now I feel like I am part of the family. The 1 thing that sealed the deal for me to not even call another company was the owner Dale. He called me the day of my 1st appointment with his wife Michelle and told me he was cancelling it because he was taking her on a surprise date.

I placed my order for shutters for my downstairs windows right before all the COVID 19 shutdowns occurred. Heritage shutters was very communicative and made sure I was aware of what would happen to the timeline of my shutters and installation. Once my shutters were installed, they were so incredible, I immediately called and set up my appointment for the upstairs to also be completed. Within the week, I had my appointment, and my quote was fair and I will be getting my upstairs done soon. My home looks SO much better than I anticipated. I am so excited to get the rest of my house done and would recommend Heritage shutters to anyone looking for good REAL WOOD shutters.

Customer Service with Michelle was great in the beginning. Then Dale got involved and it all went downhill. If you want the truth contact me. I won't bash them on Google because I know how they operate and they will rebut and lie in a response back. We have now found out there are many other great shade and shutter companies in the area that we should have gone with.

We are very happy with our beautiful Heritage Shutters and the experience we had with their team. Dale & Michelle and the installation crew were great from the beginning...setting our estimate appointment through the completed installation. Always had good communication when needed. Our shutters give our home that finishing touch, and look so elegant. The quality and craftsmanship is amazing. We will definitely continue referring Heritage Shutters to everyone.
