My company was looking to have the exterior of our large office building repainted, and I reached out to Tom for an estimate. When he answered his phone, he told me he was just getting in the car, so it would be best if I could email him the information and he would get back to me. I sent an initial email with the info, and when I didn't hear back I followed up to touch bases. I received a very unprofessional and curt email in return stating, "No time for this right now," and nothing else. I understand many painters are busy this time of year, but there is a more professional way to respond than his choice of words.
