Requested via voicemail, if someone could come to my small property for a quote. Guessing the white guy in those photos makes calls on behalf of the Latin guy. Unprofessionally returned my call with a rude voicemail, "can't help you for such a low price". I NEVER spoke to anyone. Never bothered to make it right.
