Heroic Movers are hands down the BEST moving company I’ve ever used. This is my second time hiring them within the last year, and both experiences were amazing. They’re reliable, fast, and actually care about doing a good job which is so hard to find these days. The first time, my truck broke down mid-move and they had to leave. I thought I was stuck… but the owner, John, personally came back himself later to finish the job at NO extra cost. That level of customer service is rare and honestly meant so much. This time, they showed up right on time and worked nonstop. They moved and unloaded my entire 5-bedroom house in just 6½ hours. Heroic movers provided the best moving experience I have ever had this weekend! John, Chris and Kevin were so nice and respectful! I am someone who has moved several times over the last decade and never had a good experience. Heroic Movers were fast, efficient and quoted time and price accurately. They even did a quick fix on something on one of my dressers that was broken by a previous moving company. I will continue to recommend these guys!

When I reached out to John he was clear in his questions to determine my needs and up front with what I could expect from his team regarding truck size, materials available, and service level I should expect. The day of the move the team consisted of 2 guys for my studio apartment. It has a narrow set of stairs, a short landing, and exterior doors are awkward to move furniture through. The team made quick work of my furniture and bins. I have heavy, larger furniture, and they were truly pros at handling the move out. I was amazed at how quickly they got my apartment emptied. John + Deshawn were early, kind, professional and fast. They are really good at organizing Uhaul Uboxes and are easy to work with. They stay in touch and update you over text with photos too. This was definitely the best moving experience I’ve had and I’m going to use them when I move back into my new unit! Highly recommend!
