We originally had an appointment / consultation on 6/6/2025 Friday at a certain time. That time came and went, then I contacted Herrera and he agreed to come by that same day. While talking, we agreed he would cut my grass and that he would cut it on that following Monday (6/9/2025). The conversation went well and I thought Herrera was a really nice person. Meanwhile, Monday came and went. I called and texted him several times and he did not respond to any of my messages. He has not reached out to me to reschedule nor regarding our agreed service. I initially reached out to this company because of the reviews but it seems this company neither wants nor needs my business. Herrera and Son did an excellent job doing our spring clean up and adding a 3 foot wide rock border around our pool. We had three companies give us estimates and Herrera and Son beat their competitor’s pricing and could get us on the schedule the same week. They gave us choices for mulch color, and for rock color and size.They took all trimmings, removed all branches that laid in our yard from wind over the past few months and overall just did an excellent job!
