PestNow

PestNow is great for all my pest control needs, they have removed a honey bee nest as well as a wasp nest over the last couple of years. My latest technician Keyshawn was great, due to the weather he was unable to do maintenance spraying outside but he did do maintenance spraying inside to ensure nothing could find its way inside. They have effectively kept the pest away with quarterly maintenance at a reasonable price.

I’m not sure how to rate Keyshawn’s service because I wasn’t at home when he provided the service. So I have it a “1 Star” until I see if the service was effective or not. I usually pay around $100 for pest control treatments

Derrick showed up but I did not know I still had service from Pest Now. I looked confused when I opened the door. I asked him if this is still covered, he said I paid for it. I was confused because I haven’t seen any charges recently. I told him if it’s covered then ok come on in. He came in and sprayed the first floor kitchen and hallways. The rest of the house was not needed. Then he asked me to sign. I asked him to confirm, that if I sign that does not mean I’m getting charged correct? Then he said, “well you just got serviced so it’s going to be $100”. I was confused and asked him why? We literally just had a whole conversation at the front door 5 minutes ago. I’m not sure if he just woke up and rolled out of bed or what. But I told him I am not going to sign and not paying for it. He

Keyshawn is excellent all around. Very knowledgeable, great customer service, and always on time. Highly recommend him any wildlife removal, pest inspection and services.

Daniel was polite and very professional. We spoke about the status of the infestation. I had not seen any rodents for at least a couple of weeks. Daniel noticed some potential entry way for the rodents. He took care of the problem areas without being told. He did a final inspection and told me"to reach out immediately if I saw any rodents." He has always been my exterminator and has always gone above and beyond.
