Kevin was amazing! He is trustworthy and sincere. He is friendly and courteous. He came out and explained how the inspection would work before he did it. He took time to answer any questions we had and made sure that we were comfortable with what he would be doing. He then showed up early on day of inspection and did the most thorough, incredible job. He showed my three year old son down in the crawl space and made it a fun adventure for him to understand what he was doing at the house. He is honest, fair, and excellent at his job. After the inspection, he came by again with a binder of all of his findings. It included pictures and explanations of everything. I am so glad that I have that to look back on for reference. We used Herrmann Home Inspection for an inspection of our new construction home. Kevin is very thorough and identified a water leak coming from under the Master Bedroom shower. A nail had punctured a water line. We never would have found this ourselves! He also discovered debris left on the roof that was blowing into the gutters which would clog the downspouts. Again, something we would not have found until water would have been flowing over the gutters instead of going Through the downspouts. Kevin’s service included a nicely written reports And summary of all areas inspected including of photos. We will definitely use Kevin again for an 11 month inspection to check the home one last time before our 12 month warranty expires. I highly recommend Herrmann Home Inspection!
