Great communication and upfront dealing. Gregory Thompson was great, friendly and no bs, he was very courteous and explained everything very well. Old water heater in the top picture (4 yrs and 10 months) and the new installation is on the right. 👍🏾. I bought this house new construction in April of 2021 and the water heater was still under warranty. The manufacturer would not cover it however because it was installed incorrectly. I really feel good about this one. Thank you!!!

WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!Bought a house. The first week the water heater needed to be replaced. We have a home warranty. They sent this plumbing company out to do the job. We had a 40 gallon. Wanted to upgrade to 50. I called the plumbing company to inquire about the size up. They stated it would be an easy upgrade. We would need to pay the difference of what was covered. So I agreed and paid. They installed the heater. I noticed on the paperwork it said 40 gallon was installed. I called dispatch, they said that was a mistake that a 50 gallon was installed. Fast forward to a month later. Hot water seems to run out quickly when we get ready in the mornings. So I crawled under the house to look at the heater. IT IS A 40 GALLON, So they took MY MONEY AND LIED to me. I have called and got the auto

Your pricing seemed high for size tank that was replaced. I had done tank pricing ahead of time & it was out of the range that I had researched. However your team performed excellent!! I gotta say Mr Tommie Jordan is the best. He did a huge job by himself! He was super nice and courteous he cleaned up after the job which is very rare. I built houses for 15 years and I wish I had as smooth experiences as I did with Tommie good job hers and his id definitely recommended yall to everyone!!!

Great job, had Gregory come out and do a diagnostic then came back about a week later with a new water heater with Jacob. Heater was installed same day. Guys focused on doing their job and not beating around the bush. Great staff. Happy customer. Definitely would use them again. Thank you
