I had Gable Vents replaced and I provided the Galvanized $160 vents myself. The company wrote up contract of replacing both using homeowners vents (mine) total job labor and all $350.00 I signed. They came out to do the job and said my vents were the wrong size. So they left and ordered what they said was correct size which in reality they were not. They came back and said oh yours were the right size. I get the bill and they had charged me 860.00 dollars. Charged me 2 times for coming out there which they should have fixed it the first trip and not lied and said my vents were wrong when they were correct. This is not okay and it’s bad business!!!!!

Had a first class experience with Hertless B. when they replaced a metal roof for us approximately 1 year ago. Thorough and professional. Just contracted them for another job.

Top notch slate roof repair here. Caleb and Jeremiah did a great job repairing my slate roof. Found a couple of shingles that looked good from the ground around the broken shingles, but found a concealed edge crack. Replaced those too. Knowledgeable and polite. I would hire them again if needed.

I’m very happy with Hertless Brothers. I called literally 9 different roofers two days ago and 3 said they were too busy to fix a leak, one guy said he’d call us yesterday and stop by but we never got a call, and 4 places said they would have an estimator call me and I’ve not yet gotten a call from a single one. When I called Hertless Brothers the lady said they were also very busy and I explained (as I had tried to do with all the others) that I didn’t think it would be a big job as the roof was fairly new. She was actually willing to listen which I can’t say for many of the others. I offered to send her pictures I had of where the leak was likely coming from. We are very pleased with our experience with Hertless Brothers. They replaced a flat-roof that was improperly installed by another roofer. When Hertless Brothers showed up and started working we realized how unprofessional the other contractor had been. Hertless replaced the roof professionally, promptly and competitively. I recommend using them and will be sure to do so for any of our future roofing needs.
