Jimmy was our rep and I couldn’t speak more highly of Jimmy and the Herts team. I had a leak in my house which stemmed from the snow building up on the roof and leaking into the insulation in my house. With the service I also have a 2 month guarantee and if there is another snow storm they will come remove any build up. Highly recommend Herts as the customer service was a 10/10 as well as the job.
