Beautiful custom bookcases! We had a wonderful experience with Dave from start to finish. We stopped into his workshop to chat about a dream we had for some custom bookcases in our living room. Dave was very enthusiastic, and followed-up with us about scheduling the project. He was a marvelous collaborator, knowledgable, patient, and communicative throughout. I had the privilege of working with Dave to share my desire for a one of a kind house # sign. My front view is the Battenkill River so a Brown Trout was in order. Dave fulfilled my vision. Dave is a true artist. He is an amazing sign painter, wood carver, and furniture maker. He worked with me using old barn wood to make beautiful walls, trim and a bench in our new cabin. When you work with Dave you get an artist and a craftsman who can do it all.

I contacted Dave because I was looking for a custom made bench to give as a wedding gift. I told him what I was looking for, how it would be used and he sent me a design he had in mind. I was able to customize it just a little and he went to work. It was absolutely beautiful! It was everything I wanted and more. He was able to custom carve their names and date along with a short saying I wanted on it. Dave you did a fabulous job. It brought tears to the bride and grooms eyes..they loved it I was nervous because you were so far away from me and I couldn't actually touch it up close and personal until it arrived here in Michigan. Great job!!
