Hey Tiles

Fraudulent business. They sent cracked tiles, ignored me after asking for a fix to the solution, which was half the order I made (4 boxes total). The business phone number is some Indian guy who didn't answer the phone identifying himself, or the business. Then he said to text him the photos and we would go from there. Crickets. Steer clear.

Decent tile selection, but room for improvement on customer service. We ordered tile for a bathroom renovation and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the shipping cost was affordable and the tile itself is what we needed. That said, there were some hiccups along the way. I had to reach out to get tracking information rather than receiving it automatically, and the tile arrived a day late. More significantly, a large portion of our tile arrived broken — better packaging would go a long way. When I called to request a replacement shipment, communication was slow and I didn't receive any clear updates. To their credit, they did work to resolve the issue and we eventually got what we needed, but the new package arrived as a surprise on our porch, as we didn't receive a confirmation

Beautiful Calacatta Gold Tile Excellent Product. Great Price and shipping was easy and fast. I would order from hey tiles again in a heart beat for any future projects! The Calacatta Gold mosaic and floor tiles was beautiful and the master bathroom went from ordinary to a Show Piece Quality bathroom.

Don't order anything from this company or their Website it is a scam! They will not provide tracking info for the item and it will never arrive. Read the other reviews, they were also scammed and they do not even have a physical address either it is a fake address to a building they do not own. I had to get a refund through my credit card company and they confirmed it was fraud. The positive reviews they have are fake and from others involved in the scam.

Sample was beautiful I started by ordering a sample of the tile. This helped me to determine that the tile would match the décor of my home well. The quality was also good. Now I just ordered and received 344 sqft. It was quick delivery.
