We were very nervous about doing well because we never done it before and we had no knowledge about it. Herb explained everything to us and he was very professional and friendly. He did great job. It is hard to find timely assistance from companies in many of the trades today. Herb was able to arrive at our home the same day we contacted him regarding our water issue. Our Tech was timely, very knowledgeable, efficient and gave us great value for the price we paid. I would recommend HezPaz to anyone needing assistance with their well.

Herb responded when our well pump went out in a blizzard when many others would not even pick up the phone or return our messages. He drove out at the tail end of a snow emergency to restore water to our home and was reasonably priced. Not only that, he was able to work on our JET PUMP, which a lot of other contractors refused to do. He is a very good "detective", a nice guy, and you can tell he has a lot of experience and loves what he does.
