Informed Decision Home Inspections

I highly recommend Informed Decision Home Inspection. I was under a time restraint and Robert was able to fit me in within a few days. I was completely impressed with the comprehension of the inspection and the details of the report that followed. The walk through with Robert after the inspection was professional and he took the time to ensure me that I totally understood all levels of concern.

Called and talked to Robert (owner). He was able to schedule our home inspection while we were on the phone. He arrived on time. He stated I could follow him as much or as little as I felt I needed during the inspection. He was very thorough, took a large amount of picture's and pointed out things that were and were not concerning or up to code. He answered all my questions. I never felt uncomfortable as he treated me with respect and took his time with me. He stated he would have my full report by the next day. I was very happy when I saw his email later that night stating the report was done. The report was detailed. I felt the fee was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Robert for a home inspection.

Robert is a good man and an expert in his field. I used Informed decision for my well, septic, and home inspection and he was thorough and had good insights. Definitely recommend this company if he serves your area.
