Will never call again for help!!! I called Kory to ask if he could come look at my dryer. That I was sure the motor had gone bad. He told me I could be lucky and it be a belt or something else. So thought to give a try no matter what. We scheduled a time for him to come the next day. He was an hour late, and I had to leave my home to head to work. Within 15 mins he said it was the motor, and was no good. Gave me a quote on part. Then sent my bill which was almost $200. When I came home I found my dryer in pieces all over my basement not put back together. Bad business deal!

Kory was GREAT! We have a new wash machine and where we purchased it from did not have anyone look at it until the following week. Kory came to the rescue and fixed it the same day I called him! Very pleased great customer service and knowledgable about the appliance. Thank you so much!
