We met with K Construction to discuss building a home. In the end we decided to do remodels to our current home instead. They were extremely patient with us during this process. Our wants, needs, questions and ideas were all laid on the table and discussed. Customer satisfaction is their number one goal. They were very very professional. The level of cleanliness exceeded my expectations. They are all very hard workers. We are extremely happy with all the projects we lined up for them! Working with their project manager made this project so stress free. He took care of everything! These guys really are the best in the business! Highly recommend K construction. We contacted K Construction for a free estimate after our home inspection flagged a floor joist that had been cut into and might be compromised. They responded quickly and were able to get someone out on short notice. After inspecting the joist and walking us through their findings, they confirmed it was sound and no further work was needed. As first-time homebuyers, it was incredibly reassuring to receive honest, no-pressure guidance during what could have been a stressful situation. K Construction’s professionalism and integrity gave us peace of mind, and we would gladly reach out to them for any future needs.

K Construction built my sunroom a few years ago a did a fabulous job. They are very professional, VERY hard workers and left my yard spotless. They worked a full days work, sometimes from 6:00AM until 8:00 or 9:00PM. They were always available for any questions I may have had and gave me some wonderful ideas on how to improve the plans to make it the best for my family. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND K CONSTRUCTION. The development and planning phases through the completion of our new home with K Construction was exceptional. They listened to what we wanted in a new house; along with our price range; and met are expectations in the design to the completion of the house. Being an amateur woodworker and overseeing the completion of three major school projects I had previous expereinces with construction projects and K Construction was exceptional. As with any projects there will be differences of opinion on what can be done in relation to building codes and what the owner desires, but we were able to come to a positive solution for both parties involved.
