I recently had some electricians come to my home for some work, and while the job itself was completed, I was honestly shocked by how one of them chose to speak to the other. As a homeowner, it was extremely uncomfortable to overhear the constant rude and belittling remarks. What made it worse is that all of this was said in Spanish and I actually do understand Spanish. The way he spoke was not only unprofessional but also downright disrespectful and ridiculous in tone. It’s one thing to give direction, it’s another to constantly belittle someone. Respect is the bare minimum on any job, and hearing that kind of attitude left me questioning this company’s standards. They installed the electrical in my house in 2021 when it was built. They hard wired a flood light with no switch. It was on all day no way to turn it off. On 3 other outside outlets for security cameras have no power. They also mis wired another floodlight and I now have 2 other wires that have no power that were incorrectly wired to another floodlight. I called in to H & H to ask them to come out and fix it and their reply was it’s out of warranty it will be 325 to come out and it’s not under warranty. I said why should I have to pay for your negligence. He said it’s not our responsibility. I would not recommend them at all if you want something wired correctly. Go to anyone else but H & H.

Quite bad service and experience. Called company due to burning smell in new construction home. First, they were suppose to come between 1-5 and called about 430 saying they wouldn’t make it till after 530 so i had to reschedule. The technician who came the next morning was VERY rude at first. He came in suggesting I painted a light fixture and that was the issue. As I told him all my fixtures came this color and I upgraded during the new construction process he basically said I was lying. He then called his “manager” in front of me and said “I’ll check just to be nice but this homeowner has painted this or somebody has.” It was one of the rudest things I have ever experienced in my home from a worker. H&H was a referral from a mutual client (custom, luxury home builder). The referral from the builder had me expecting a top tier, professional electrician and Im happy to say that is exactly what we got. From the initial consultation to cleaning up after the work was done, H&H maintained professionalism and met our expectations. The foreman Joe and electrician Silvio upgraded our service and installed a new panel as well as completed a couple of miscellaneous electrical projects. In full disclosure, it wasnt entirely problem free as there was an issue with making our originally scheduled installation day that wasnt communicated until the last minute.
