I hit them up based on a referral and it was the worst decision ever. I gave them a call to ask for a quote on repairing my HVAC and the guy said it would vary depending on the issue. The technician showed up, was complaining a lot on where the furnace was located, and did all the testing needed. It turned out there was nothing was wrong with the HVAC unit and it could potentially be issues that were out of his scope. The bill came out to be $200! If I knew the assessment would cost this much, I would not have contacted them at all. Stay away from this company and avoid at all cost!
