H & H Roofing of Joliet Illinois was referred to us by a very Happy Customer, my Sister-in Law. We call to get an estimate on our connecting town house roof complex. We were able to get an estimate scheduled for the next day. All 3 residents of complex were given seperate estimates based upon square footage covering their townhouse. Components of roof...decking (sheathing), underlayment, ice and water shield, drip edge, flashing, the main roofing material (like shingles), ridge cap (for the peak), and roof vents, fasteners (nails, screws) and schedule of installation was all discussed with all 3 potential customers. Used H and H for storm restoration. Jim and his crew were great to work with. They were very concerned about our experience with them. I was concerned about making sure they cleaned up behind themselves because we have some farm animals. They did great at cleanup and made sure the animals weren't exposed in any way. Jim is a straight shooter. They are a no BS company. He went to bat for me for 5 months and 3 Insurance adjusters to get what was rightfully due to us.

Just an FYI, we had a big wind storm a few weeks ago and a piece of my siding came off my house. I wasn’t sure what to do because my husband passed away a few years ago, so I wasn’t sure who to go to or call. Well long story short, I got in touch with Jim at H&H Roofing, Jim and his team came out to assist me. He was very professional and knowlegable and got the job done. H&H Roofing, Jim Hensley are excellent. I deal with roofers all the time because I am an insurance agent (35 years). I had damage to my roof last Fall and Jim was referred to me. He did a great job communicating and explaining everything. The work is guaranteed and will transfer to the new owners once the house is sold this year.
