H&H Supply, II Inc. of DuBois just refused to do a refund for a cash purchase for an item that didn't fit and was unable and never touched and I had the package and receipt. They just lost a customer. I will never do business with them again as long as I live if this is the way they treat their customers and I will pay 5 times the money before I ever come back or even drive to another county to get my parts!

Sold me the wrong ignitor for my furnace after they matched it to my old one. Younger associate (Cory or Cody) told me it should work. Wouldn't let me return it because I plugged it in. Told me that even though they said it will work, it's still my decision to buy it.

Buyer beware!! If you don’t have your receipt, you cannot return or exchange. No exceptions. Went in one day, bought iron pipe elbows. The very helpful associate helped me pick them out. Got home, realized I needed to exchange some of them for T’s. The next day, I went back. Couldn’t find my receipt. Didn’t think it would be a huge deal since contractors frequently exchange and return items to every store I can think of. Was told I couldn’t exchange without my receipt. Reasons given: -You may have gotten it from a contractor who bought it at wholesale and the company would lose money -It may be product from another store - We can’t be expected to remember all of our customers. Won't take the time to make sure you get the right part no refund if they mess up scamed me for over a hundred bucks then tried to sell me another wrong part instead of ordering me in the correct part number
