We purchased an above ground pool and it was installed BEFORE the estimated date. That never happens! Courteney and Josh are very helpful and the installation and service teams are top notch. Highly recommend!

She went above and beyond helping me with her knowledge, and her willingness to find out specific answers. She was super friendly without being a pushy salesperson. My experience with seven seas is not good. I purchased a new liner for my above ground pool 3weeks after installation I noticed the pool was not holding water even with the constant rain we were having. I finally find a small hole in the liner with a big slope/footprint in the one side of the pool. After many talks with seven seas. we still haven’t come to a solution except to drain the pool and fill in the slope/footprint with sand. Seven seas will not replace or compensate for the hole in the brand-new liner. They accused me of putting the hole in the liner. Obviously, there was an issue with this spot due to the hole and sand leaking out, there are also many wrinkles at the bottom of the pool. So, at this point I have a brand new $1660 liner with a patch and wrinkles all over the bottom
