Penn Central Door

I was a stupid and ran our car into the garage door while it was lifted up and damaged the bottom two panels pretty badly. I called PCD and they came out within a week to give me a quote. They quoted me a replacement door and to just do their best to repair it. They came out that same week, fixed the door in what seemed like less than an hour, and it looks almost brand new. I'm astonished at how reasonable the charge was and how fast and friendly the service was. Excellent company here in Dubois. Recommend 100%.

If there was an option for a zero rating, that would be my choice. I called them 4 times over a space of 3 weeks and got zero response. Call 1 was my request, a broken door. Call 2 was a follow up and I was told "Oh, he didn't call you back, I'll remind him". Call 3, "Oh, you're not on the list, I'll put you on and call you tomorrow." Call 4, no answer, left a message. Nothing but crickets. FOLLOWUP, After an apparent miscommunication my appointment was carried out and the door repaired along with preventative service to two other doors. Service was quick and well done. I am happy with the result and price.

Called their number and left a message that I wanted a quote for a new garage door installed. About three months later, some guy called me back. After a little discussion about the length of time that it took for someone to call me back, I agreed to have an installer come to come take a look. A couple of days later, the installer came. He was very nice. He took his measurements and said someone will call me with the estimate. That has been approximately 9 months ago!!!

Called "Teddy" for a price on a 20 x 14 commercial door. He came out, nice guy, took pictures, measurements and said he'd call me the next day, and email me the prices on the options we talked about. Did not hear from him, I called him 2 days later, he apologized said he'd call Friday...he called friday, said he'd call Monday, 1st thing. It's now Friday AGAIN....and NOTHING!! Don't trust this guy, all promises and NO FOLLOW THRU!

We called Monday morning and our problem was resolved by Monday afternoon. Jacob was very knowledgeable and efficient. What a pleasant young man! We highly recommend Penn Central Door and its qualified technicians!
