I switched to Hi-Ho recently. Everyone I have been in contact with has been fantastic. From my initial screener, to schedulers, delivery person, and just now furnace maintenance. All courteous and helpful. Each department seems to be in the loop and the communication is excellent.

Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time for any business of any sort. Literally left out in the cold. I made a service appointment - they came at the wrong time (AM instead of PM as scheduled), then told me I was lying about the time I had scheduled with the customer service lady on the phone the previous day. Unbelievably incompetent and inept (not to mention dishonest!). Also, in our family’s experience, has higher oil and service plan prices than comparable companies in the area. Told me NOT having hot water is not an emergency (it’s January), and I’d have to wait ANOTHER three days before they could make it out again. No one made ANY attempt to rectify the error on their part, but instead directly told me that I was lying about the timing of my scheduled appointme

Your Company is competent, expert, practical , economical, reliable and problem-solving over and above all others. Leigh is a great technician—really thinks things through to get to the root cause of anything that goes out of order, and does preventive maintenance to keep things running right. And he’s a true old fashioned gentleman!! We are so pleased and recommend Hi-Ho to all.

The schedule team (lady) completely forgot my first appointment then my second appointment there was an emergency so they canceled me… my third appointment. I had to call three different times in order to book another appointment… this process is extremely frustrating. And we are just talking about booking the Service not even anything else.

Called a few days before our big snowstorm/cold front and they assured me that we would be fine with oil. Over a week later now- I called this morning at opening time- no answer. I called the emergency line and a half hour later someone called me back to tell me that they are booked and can’t make it out today with oil. Our tank has been on empty since last night. We have a baby who is freezing and the customer service representative has been so rude.
