We had Doug come out to do some general maintenance cleaning/service on our home boiler heater. We just moved in and this is our first boiler system, so we appreciated Doug's thorough explanation of the system as he inspected and cleaned the unit. Our unit is old (mid 80's) but has been well-maintained. With Doug's help, I hope to keep the boiler going strong for many more years to come! We also had a noisy pipe in one of the bedrooms. We discovered it was unsupported coming up through the floorboard. Doug quickly fashioned a rubber support which appears to have immediately resolved the issue! Needless to say, Hi-Tech has earned another loyal customer. Highly recommend!

Top notch. Responsive. Thorough. Fair Price. Personable. Doug has been in my home to do seasonal cleaning for my two HVAC systems (including removing mouse nests that were built in my high efficiency furnace air intakes!). I have watched him do the work and he is extremely thorough. His many years of experience makes him both knowledgeable and efficient in his work. He has even corrected issues left behind by one of the big HVAC companies with whom I had a contract. High Tech is light years better than the big name companies who often send in their junior people to do the work. I highly recommend Hi-Tech as a reliable HVAC partner.

Heat went out in my boiler with a -20 degree windchill night in the forecast. Doug came out and did an amazing job getting us back up and running. I’ve used him in the past and he has always done an exceptional job but he really saved us tonight. Would highly recommend

Doug saved me over the weekend when my furnace went out. He troubleshot over the phone and helped me get the heat going again. Doug was so kind to spend his time helping me out. He knew exactly what to look for and I so appreciate him!

This is the second time we've used Hi-Tech for our HVAC needs. The first time was a simple gas line extension. It went great and I always said I'd call them again. This time, two years later, it was to update the house with new furnace, A/C and hot water heater. The job was started promptly, completed on time, and all work was top notch and professionally done (I know, I worked with factory automation systems and quality control for years.) Doug also knows his product, was able to answer all my operational and technical questions without hesitation, and made sure I knew how to operate everything before they left. As a bonus, the mechanical room was actually cleaner AFTER the job was done... they swept and vacuumed everything, even equipment they hadn't worked on. Thank you Do
