Zelony Well Drilling

My well pump burned out late Thursday night, but I didn't notice until Friday morning. I did some basic troubleshooting first, but I didn't call around for estimates; this is unfortunately one of those repairs that "costs what it costs" and you worry about what you have to sacrifice for clean running water later. Vince answered the call, and talked me through his process every step of the way. There were no huge surprises, although he prepared me for the possibility of expensive repairs. For example, having a 25-year-old pump motor stuck in a well casing 170 feet down, and having to re-drill the well to restore access to water. Fortunately, none of the worst-case scenarios happened! I recently required a new bladder pressure tank for my well. My neighbors and relatives have used Zelony and we’re all very impressed and satisfied with their work. I called Zelony and was pleasantly surprised that someone picked up the phone and talked to me. Normally it’s leave message and I will call you back. Right! A lot don’t. A nice lady said she would have their service dept. call me. Three hours later he did. I talked to Vincent who was extremely helpful and gave me a reasonable quote. He was very detailed on what they would do. They arrived right on time. They showed me what was wrong and did a thorough chk of my well starter box components, pressure valve and checked for any electrical issues. My well pump wouldn’t turn off so I called Zelony Well Drilling. It was a Saturday morning and l left a message. Vince returned my call immediately and I explained the problem. After asking a few questions he diagnosed what the problem could be and he and Jim were at my home in a very short time. Not knowing what to expect I was nervous. I was immediately put at ease as he explained the problem in detail and what needed to be done. He was correct with his diagnosis over the phone and quickly set to work. A new pressure tank needed to be ordered and he assured me he’d be back Monday to install it. He gave me a temporary fix for the weekend and I was quite pleased. I read all the reviews before placing a call to Zelony. Reviews were 100% accurate. My well stopped pumping on Thanksgiving day morning and I received a call back almost immediately. Vince tried to help me troubleshoot over the phone. He and his associate came out the next morning. I was informed of everything that was happening during diagnosis and the repair.
