Hickman Building & Remodeling changed it's name to First Class Building & Remodeling. We hired them for a basement renovation project few years ago. I waited this long to write the review for the contract warranty to expire. Until the contract is signed and the advance is paid, Glenn is very professional, on time for meetings, very sweet, talks about his immense experience and how timely & planned his work is. Then he lures you into signing some change orders by suggesting some improvements. He starts off the work and gets it to a point where he knows that it's expensive for you to change the contractor.
