Received threatening emails that they will not service our property under the brand new system warranty after attempting to charge us an additional service fee without approval. Someone from the company came out without informing us of any service fee to view an open cap after install. We explained the situation over the phone and they informed us this cap should not be open next to the septic system but didn’t inform us there would be a service fee of any kind. All “service fees need to be disclosed” prior to arriving and not assume your clients know. After spending $12K now they won’t service it over a petty fee. An excavator and equipment were also left in our yard for a week and a half prior to the work.

The team at Hickman when way above and beyond to find a necklace with the charm (thumbprint of a lost loved one) that accidentally was flushed down a toilet. Ross came out and with two others opened the septic tank, emptied it slowly from the bottom and then searched for the jewelry. We expected that it was gone forever but Ross and his guys were determined to help find this very personal necklace. After several hours, they found it and we were all ELATED... Thank you to Ross and the team at Hickman for your customer service and personal touch. I will recommend you to everyone i know.

5 star customer service! Typically I don't write reviews but I had to speak about the service Hickman's provided me on 12.5.18. Ross contacted me prior to arriving to explain the process I was about to was undergo & what it entailed. After completion, Ross outlined other related services that Hickman offers should I need them with brief scenarios. As a Customer/Client Services rep for more than 2 decades in different arenas, there are some things that don't change- good knowledge base, promptness, and courtesy all held together by the glue of TRUST.
