The whole team at Hickman’s was very easy to work with. Destry and Zack did a great job installing our new heat pump system and they took obvious pride in workmanship. Another thing that impressed me was the cleanliness and organization of the company van, inside and out, everything down to the tool containers and equipment. They left our place neat and clean, too. Called in the morning and they were able to fit me in same day. Our unit was under warranty so just had to pay labor. They didn’t install our system but still honored the warranty and I appreciated that. Didn’t even know! Technician Tyler was professional and friendly. Really appreciated th honest service.
