Here are a couple pictures of an unfinished Hickory Home located at 2124 21st Ave in Baldwin. This home was started in Feb 2021. It is now May 2022 and as you can see the home is still far from being complete. A quick search of public records you will find multiple liens filed on various properties under City Cottages aka Hickory Homes. Update 7/25/2022: The dumpster was removed. There has been no notable progress on the home. Update 9/15/2022: Sheetrock is installed. All the scrap and trash is on the porch and in the yard. The house wrap that was falling off (shown in photo) the home was removed and replaced. Most of the house wrap has been exposed to the elements/UV for greater than a year. The manufacturers website says it should be covered within 120 days (4 months). Update 6/13/2023:
