We have worked with Hidden Gem Septic quite a few times over the years out in Dexter. No matter the time of day or how bad the situation is we're dealing with Kyle makes it out with a smile and works his magic! Quality of work is top notch, and he takes his time explaining what's broken and the necessary steps to keep it from happening again. We haven't had to call another repair company since discovering Hidden Gem. 10/10 would recommend!
