Hier Drilling Co.

We asked Heir to drill a new well for our home and they left our lawn in an awful state afterwards. Sand was left everywhere almost as if intentional and when we asked if they could clean up their mess they told us they took every precaution to keep the work space as clean as possible. If that were the case why would the sand me scattered all over our lawn as opposed to in an organized pile for future removal? DO NOT do business with this company as they do not care.

These are the guys you want to drill your well or fix your issues!!!!! They arrived on time and got right to work; took a lot less time to hit water and finish the well than I'd expected. The Heir crew is very busy so if you have to wait a while...it's "well" worth it. Hats off to Slim, Jordan and Randy (and Corona) for the excellent job and professionalism. You guys rock!

Hier Drilling GREAT! They have the best techs, they are on it when really need em, An absolute pleasure to work with. And they don't gouge you on extra service fees even when it's' an emergency situation (Other companies will gouge you when your in a pinch)They could take a lesson from HIER on customer service. We recently had our well pump die at 9pm on July 3rd. Given that it was a holiday week, we had difficulty finding any company that was willing and able to help us until we reached Hier Drilling. We have 2 small kids and have elderly parents living with us so being without water for an extended period of time was a nightmare scenario. They were kind, professional and had a team out to us within 24 hours despite being fully booked up themselves. Their pros were able to restore our water functioning temporarily and come back out the next day to replace the well pump and bring the whole system back up and running. We are customers for life after this experience - they really came to our rescue and were extremely reasonably priced despite it being an emergency issue. Highly recommend them

From the office to the field crew this is a first rate company. Nate and his crew are experts and professionals. They identified the issue in my control box and got my well working again. They have detailed knowledge of the region and keep good records on their wells. I would highly recommend Hier for all of your well needs.
