Hier Quality Roof Cleaning & Pressure Washing

Scheduling was easy, price was high but was assured quality would match. Overall the roof looks good, but they killed half of our bushes. It seems like they only covered plants on one side of the house because one side is fine and the other is wrecked. I called to try and resolve with them but was basically told to deal with it. They even sent me a photo of the bushes being covered, but that was from the day they had to cancel due to heavy rains (confirmed by the photo metadata). I asked for the photo of the day they actually did the work and they could not produce it.

Hier Quality Roof Cleaning, Bill, did an amazing job on my metal roof. It looks like new! Bill was very clear about the process and expectations. Per his advice, I watered my foundation plants for 2 days prior to service and one day after and all survived. He was careful and accommodating and covered every foundation plant as requested. He is a small company and service is exceptional. He performed a task beyond my capabilities. Highly recommended!

Hier Quality did a great job washing our roof and sealing our pavers. For the roof cleaning, they were very careful protecting our plants, and the roof looks brand new. For the paver sealing, they did a great job not getting overspray on the side of the home and decor, and the pavers look beautiful. Whatever sealant they used on the pavers looks really nice. By far the best work and experience we’ve ever had by a contractor. Very professional, showed on time, and great price. Will definitely be using them again next time!

We had a really great experience with Hier! Bill was so friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to get me on the schedule very quickly to accommodate my hoa requirements and was very communicative regarding completion. I originally scheduled just a roof cleaning but they were able to do my driveway as well at the same appt. I look forward to working with them again! (My driveway is the left side in the photo).

We are very pleased with the quality of their work! Bill was an absolute joy to talk to. He soft washed our roof and was very careful about getting the bushes covered from the chemicals. We would highly recommend this company! Very competitive pricing.
