We are writing this review because we want to express our appreciation for the excellent job done by High Country Customs, LLC and its owner Dan Laws. They did a complete re-do of the exterior of our Pocono Pines home. It was a complex project: Replacement of back deck with high end maintenance free materials as well as a concrete pad for hot tub, replaced front porch with an extended footprint and new roof, built screened in back porch with fireplace, repaired and replaced rotted exterior panels with hardy board and stone accents, painted the complete exterior, added gutters, installed exterior home security cameras, extended and re-stoned the driveway, and landscaped. My husband and I were referred by a very close friend to High Country Customs who built a beautiful deck for her and her husband. I needed my two bathrooms remodeled so I I left a message on the vm and they were very quick to return my call. I spoke to Dan and we went over what needed to be done and received an estimate, which was very affordable. Let me just tell you it has been almost 30 years that that my bathroom has had anything major done to it(still had linoleum) The transformations that were done were exceptional!!!! My vision for these bathrooms were beyond my expectations!! Without hesitation, I would recommend High Country Customs to anyone looking for general contracting work. Not only are Dan, Steve and Ben extremely careful in their work, but their communication and transparency are excellent. They are consistent and thorough in their work and I couldn’t be happier with our results. I was not on location where my project was being completed but Dan checked in with me every day with progress photos and comments on how it was going. Dan and his crew upgraded our electrical box, replaced 1500 sq.ft. of flooring, replaced numerous lights fixtures and fans, installed recess lighting in living space as well as painted every inch of the home. The team at High Country Customs is the finest in the area! They renovated my 1980s kitchen and gave it a brand new look that will last for decades to come. Their attention to detail is real.
