I've had to call Keiper a few times for emergency calls over the last few years and they are always easy to deal with, responsive and reasonable. This last time, we got up to our house on a Friday evening to realize that it was only 45 degrees in the house. After troubleshooting a few things, we made the call to Keiper around 8:30pm and it was below zero outside at this point. I got Connor on the phone and he was out within the hour, spent a good hour there, found the issue, made the repair, and was as pleasant as can be, even though I'm sure it was the last place he wanted to be late on a Friday night in the bitter cold. Always a pleasure working with Keiper Plumbing and would highly recommend them for all of your plumbing and HVAC needs.

Keiper's was great and highly recommend them if you want someone to show up quick and be efficient. We got the the house and had a pipe crack due to the cold. Called Keiper's and they were able to get to us and fix the issue. Thank you.

I have been a customer of Keiper Plumbing for quite some time. They came to my rescue when another company installed my propane hot water heater incorrectly. I also purchased and had them install my mini splits after converting from my propane furnace to the HVAC system they recommended. Everyone from the office staff to the techs are very knowledgeable and give great customer service. It's rare these days to call a business and have the ability to speak to a human being! If I could I would give them a 10+ rating. I wish more companies had their work ethic, I can definitely understand why they have been in business for so long, yet kept their small town charm, hoping no big business comes along and buys them out.

We hired Keiper for some well repair last week. Michelle, Connor, Dylan and Jeff were kind and professional. This is not our full time residence so scheduling was important. We worked through potential dates and everything lined up! Highly recommend their services if needed!

Water heater went bad. Scheduling was prompt. Dom and Colin arrived on time. Explained the issue Had a new unit delivered and installed the same day in a few hours.
