High-End Appliance

I wanted to know approximately how much it would cost to repair my stove. I just called to get a basic estimate. I told them exactly what my issue was. They did give me a price range. I called again to have something clarified. Well, they either put the manager or owner on the phone. He was more or less yelling at me telling me he can’t give me a price without finding out what the problem is. He said it’s like a doctor diagnosing you over the phone. I use to recommend them to my friends but not anymore. I will never use them again! He was downright nasty! Maybe he should take a course on customer service! I understand he can’t give me an exact price but he could have said it without being so nasty and loud about it.

A Christian always has a positive Report , but Truth cannot be hidden. Beware of this Company , They are highly trained & Proficient on taking your money & can careless if the Problem is Resolved or not. There was a Rely stuck error after pre oven heat , the Oven shut's down. First time coming Changed the Rely Board . They leave , Same Issue & a second time Change the Mother Board , They Leave , same Issue. On the Third Time , I asked them for a little Grace On the Pricing as this is the Third time & The issue was not resolved. Well I Was Met with a Women who Told me , Its not my problem , You can Go to H???. Well , it seemed to me this Company just comes out & starts swamping Parts out , the Unwillingness to show a little Grace on the 3rd time to me is not a Good Company. Wolf assigned

I have an old Wolf range that is very difficult to get parts for. High End Appliance came for an initial service appointment and weren't sure they could help, but then the owner reached out personally to let me know he was going to come take a second look. We were able to get parts, they installed them, and now everything on the range works. Everyone I've interacted with from High End Appliance has been courteous and professional, and I have especially appreciated Arthur's expertise and sense of humor.

I spend $1,500 on labor and my sub zero broke in 3 weeks. Water leakage all over. They made it worst .
