I met Jimmy while he was putting a new roof on my neighbors property. We agreed that it will cost me $7,000 to redo my roof and he offered an complimentary siding pressure washing. The morning that Jimmy started to remove the shingles, he informed me that the job will cost an additional $1,720. I agreed to the new price $8,720. When he completed the job in a few days I paid him in full ($8,720). Two months later, I am still waiting on the pressure washing of the house. I called him several times to ask when he is coming to pressure wash the siding, he kept giving me excuses. If I have known that he was not a man of his words, I would not paid him in full.
